The Story Behind Vani-T
Tania Walsh, CEO and Founder of Vani-T:
"As a qualified beauty educator and 18 years in the beauty industry, I was very aware and concerned about the high level of chemical ingredients in most leading beauty products. Having 3 children, I was conscious of what products I used on their skin - even baby products contained high levels of chemical ingredients. I made a conscious decision not to expose them to chemicals from birth.
Since Vani-T's conception in 2003, I was dedicated to creating innovative, high demand products that have a real point of difference in image, delivery of results, quality and purity, with a high natural and organic ingredient content, stunning recyclable packaging and affordable pricing. I spent hours in the kitchen concocting various formulas - blending natural oils, vitamins and botanical extracts into luxurious products free from chemical additives. Although I don't have time to hand make them myself anymore, I work passionately to ensure my vision is kept alive, just on a much larger scale.
Vani-T has experienced massive growth and is now available in over 15 countries including the USA , UK , Europe, Canada and New Zealand . Our products have been voted best in their category time and time again in leading beauty /fashion magazines, and are used by countless celebrities, make up artists and models around the world.
I know you will love our products as much as I loved creating them."

Sanctum is regarded as one of the pioneers of what is now a heavily competitive and sometimes misleading industry of “natural” and organic skin care.
The Story Behind Sanctum
The Sanctum journey began in 1992 on the pristine, unspoilt coastline of Byron Bay, Australia’s most easterly point. Greg and Jicky Milham moved to the Byron shire in 1989 in search of a cleaner, more peaceful lifestyle to raise a family. It was here they found the inspiration to start researching, developing and creating naturally derived skincare and over the counter pharmaceutical products. Having witnessed first hand the ‘chemical’ side of the industry while running a manufacture and fill business in Sydney, Australia, Greg was determined to produce a range of products that: remained true to their promise of ‘natural’, carried meaningful levels of active ingredients, and most importantly, really worked. Greg furthered his studies in natural ingredient products chemistry with a vision to encapsulate the pure, tranquillity of his surrounds combining locally sourced ingredients with therapeutic levels of active herbal and plant extracts, essentials oils and vitamins. The result is a range of skin, body and hair care treatments that take the efficacy of all-natural preparations to an exciting new level.
The original site where Greg and Jicky started is still home to Sanctum, housing the head office, warehousing and manufacturing facility, laboratories and the famous Sanctum retail outlet which attracts thousands of local and international visitors each year as they travel along Australia’s spectacular east coast.
Sanctum remains a family owned and run business. Greg takes on the role of chief formulations chemist and draws on his ‘trusted mates’ in the Byron shire as a source for raw, natural ingredients. Jicky is involved in the running of the day to day business handling administration, sales and customer service.
Their daughter, Katrina, is the national trainer and brand manager for the range, and their son, Jason, works in the factory, his handy work responsible for some of the organic lotions, washes and scrubs in the Sanctum range.
From humble beginnings in local health food stores, Sanctum is now exported to Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia, Sweden, Spain, Canada and the US.
A few years ago, Sanctum took the next step to move from Natural to Certified Organic which differentiates their products from the rest. Every Sanctum product contains more than 70% Certified Organic Ingredients and many products are more than 95% Certified Organic.
Today Greg and Jicky are excited to see their years of hard work and dedication come together as they take Sanctum, “a little piece of Byron” to the world.
